About Us
Liz English is a fun and creative spirit who loves shining her light in the world. In addition to photography, she enjoys yoga (drop in for a class with her at Enlightened Brilliance Studio), frolicking with the fairies and taking care of plants at Japanese Maples and Evergreens, practicing Reiki and spending quality time with her family. She calls Vancouver, WA her home.
Liz studied at Hallmark Institute of Photography and has been working as a professional photographer since 2000.

"I fell in love with photography as a teenager. I loved learning to see from new perspectives and being able to share that view with others. Growing up as one of the older children in a rather large family, I had plenty of subjects to photograph. It amazed me how each person could be so very different in personality from so early on in life. Photographing my younger siblings made me fall in love with the art of portraiture. There is so much that can be conveyed in an image, and so much to know about another human being. My intention is to use this creative art to make a connection to that deeper part of ourselves. I intend to see and reveal beautiful aspects of each subject's personality and relationships. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and to help reveal the Art of You."
